How we protect your data. Arken Labs works with the records of organizations that build and run critical infrastructure. This page explains where your data is hosted, how it is protected, which LLMs we use and who can access what. ### Hosting and data - **Hosted in Europe**: Arken runs on European cloud infrastructure, and your data stays in Europe. If your data must not leave your premises, Arken can be deployed on your own infrastructure. - **Isolated instances**: Every customer works in their own instance. Your documents, data and agents are kept separate from those of other organizations. - **Data encryption**: Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. ### AI models - **LLM selection and evals**: For each task, Arken uses the LLM that does it best, from open and frontier models. Before a model goes live, we test it with evals on real tasks from infrastructure work, for quality and for your security requirements. - **No training on your data**: Your documents, prompts and outputs are not used to train AI models. ### Access and control - **Least privilege access**: Access is role-based: every person sees and does only what their role requires. - **Auditable**: Agents prepare, people approve: nothing Arken proposes takes effect until you sign it off.
