AI Engineer, Agents
Our agents draft permit applications, tenders and decisions, backed by our customers’ own records. You make them better: which model takes on which task, how an agent works with tools and context, and how to tell that it got it right.
What you will do
- Build agents for casework in Move, from the first source to a draft ready for sign-off.
- Build evaluations from real cases and measure whether a new model or flow is actually better.
- Decide which model runs where, and keep models interchangeable.
- Make sure every finding traces back to its source, and a person approves before anything takes effect.
What you bring
- You have built systems on language models that are used beyond a demo.
- You would rather measure than guess, and you build your own tools to do it.
- You work in Python and know retrieval, tool calls and evaluation.
- Long, messy documents don’t put you off.
This job is for you if
- You do your best work when things are unclear and nobody hands you a plan.
- You are among the best engineers your past teammates have worked with. Your code is simple, works, and is easy for the next person to change or remove.
