CEO and co-founder. Philipp founded thermondo and built it into a 1,000-person energy company, majority-acquired by Brookfield in 2021. He also advises KKR’s European infrastructure team.
Tim Winter
COO and co-founder, an AI generalist across processes and product. Tim previously invested at Peak, one of Europe’s leading venture funds, before switching from backing companies to building one.
Sami Fahed
Founding engineer, leading architecture and delivery. As thermondo’s CTO, Sami built the platform behind thousands of installations a month, and a team of more than 40 engineers and product managers.
Lewis Pierson
Founding engineer, leading product strategy and development. Lewis previously co-founded Leeana, which combined geospatial data and AI to assess thousands of industrial sites in minutes.
