Who we’re looking for
Tired of waiting? Join those who make it happen.
Permits, tenders and approvals hold up the infrastructure Europe needs. We build AI agents that take on that work, from the first document to a draft ready for sign-off, and bring them to the teams that build and run transport, energy and data infrastructure.
We hire for: ownership, shipping small and often, simple code the next person can change, calm when nobody hands you a plan, and curiosity about how infrastructure really gets built.
We do not hire for: waiting for someone else to fix a problem, holding on to how things were, caring more about a title than about the work, or treating it as just a job.
