Founding Deployment Strategist
You run our first customer accounts. You map how a customer’s team really works, decide where Arken helps first, and make sure it sticks. You work side by side with a Forward Deployed Engineer and own the account from the first workshop to expansion.
What you will do
- Map workflows with planners, engineers and procurement teams, and turn them into clear use cases.
- Run the customer relationship: plans, meetings, decisions and follow-ups.
- Measure what changed for the customer, and use it to grow the account.
- Turn what you learn into playbooks we can repeat with the next customer.
What you bring
- You have run client projects end to end, in consulting, strategy or a customer-facing role.
- You are at ease in a room with senior people from public authorities or large operators.
- You think in structure, write clearly, and are technical enough to keep up with engineers.
- You speak German and English fluently.
This job is for you if
- You do your best work when things are unclear and nobody hands you a plan.
- You are among the best people your past teammates have worked with. Your work is clear, correct, and easy for others to build on.
- You move fast and improve as you go. Done today beats perfect next month.
- You love responsibility. You say “I own this”, and you mean it.
- You use AI with confidence in all your workflows.
This job is not for you if
- You see a problem and wait for someone else to fix it.
- You hold on to things for too long. Arken Labs in six months will look completely different from today.
- You care more about your title than about what you build.
- Your work is just a job to you.
About Arken Labs
Most of the world’s infrastructure was built decades ago. We unlearned how to build it fast and at scale. Arken Labs is building the agentic operating system for physical infrastructure. Horizon helps teams decide where to invest. Move equips teams with AI agents that get the work done. We build for anyone who owns and runs infrastructure, public or private, anywhere in the world.
All roles are full-time and on-site in Berlin Mitte. You will work directly with the founding team.
