Product Engineer
You decide what we build next, and you build a lot of it yourself. As our first pilots go live, you own the roadmap across Horizon and Move: which problem to solve, how it should work, and when it ships.
What you will do
- Spend time with customers and our deployment teams to find what matters most.
- Turn what you learn into clear product decisions. Write the spec, or skip it and build the prototype.
- Ship features end to end, from interface to backend.
- Measure what gets used and remove what doesn’t.
What you bring
- You have shipped products used by real customers and owned the decisions behind them.
- You write TypeScript or Python and can build a working feature on your own.
- You have strong product taste and can explain every choice you make.
This job is for you if
- You do your best work when things are unclear and nobody hands you a plan.
- You are among the best engineers your past teammates have worked with. Your code is simple, works, and is easy for the next person to change or remove.
- You ship small and often. A working version today beats a perfect one next month.
